The Iso hook strap lengthens the standard straps of the Isokinator, creating many new possibilities for workouts. The following five special exercises are officially tested and authorized by Koelbel Training Research:

– defining chest muscles (M2E)
– combat training of upper against lower body (M6C)
– upper back muscles (M5E)
– workout of upper back (M5F)
– shoulder and cap muscles (M4D)
